Set up in a few minutes

Mailbox Juice adds itself to the Claude app you already use. There’s no new email program to learn.

  1. Install Mailbox Juice

    Add it to Claude Desktop on Windows or Mac in a couple of clicks.

  2. Link your inboxes

    Sign in to each account on Google’s own page, and give each a nickname such as “personal” or “work”.

  3. Ask Claude

    Search, read, draft, reply, forward, label and tidy up across every account in one conversation.

Your email stays between you, Google and Claude

Mailbox Juice runs on your own computer. Your mail travels from Google to the Claude app on your machine, and on to Anthropic only when Claude reads it for you.

Questions

Which email services does it work with?

Gmail and Google Workspace (business Gmail) today, as many accounts as you like. Outlook and Hotmail, iCloud, Yahoo and any IMAP mailbox are next. Tell us which you need when you join early access and we’ll prioritise them.

Is it really free? How do you make money?

Yes, it’s free. Mailbox Juice runs on your computer, so it costs us very little to run. We may add optional paid extras later, such as tools for teams, but what’s free today stays free. We’ll never show you ads or sell your data.

What do I need to use it?

The Claude Desktop app for Windows or Mac, and the email accounts you want to connect. Mailbox Juice installs into Claude in a couple of clicks.

Can you read my email?

No. Mailbox Juice runs on your computer and talks directly to Google. Your sign-ins are stored on your machine, and there’s no Mailbox Juice server that your mail passes through.

Will Claude send emails without asking?

No. Sending, deleting, and moving mail to Trash or Spam are marked as actions that need your approval, so Claude asks first. You can change that in Claude’s settings if you want it to act without asking.

My work account is on Google Workspace. Will it work?

Yes, unless your administrator blocks outside apps. If they do, Google will say so when you link the account, and your administrator can approve Mailbox Juice in the Google Admin console.

How does early access work?

Join the list and we’ll email you when your place is ready. Early access is free, and so is Mailbox Juice when it opens to everyone. You can leave the list at any time.
